How To Use The New Bio Keyword Filter

We’ve pushed some new updates to the Bio Keyword filter and will highlight them below. The updates allow for advanced Bio Keyword filter search and better segmentation of your followers on Twitter and Instagram using SocialRank.

The main new addition to the bio keyword filter is the ability to search for any words vs. search for all words.

Search For Any Words

This works like most search works. You can put in as many words as you want and the results will show any account that has any of those words in the bio. Think of it as having an “OR” between each word.

For example, if you’d like to find all your followers that have either developer, programmer, or engineer in their bio. Enter those words into the “search for any words” option and you’ll have results from all.

Search For All Words

This lets you find people with exact phrasing in their bio or name. This is the equivalent of using the word “AND” between each word.

So if you want to see all your followers with the words “social media” in their bio you’d want to use this option instead of seeing people with either social or media.

The other advanced search options have been in place for months now.

As always, if you have any product feedback or suggestions – please don’t hesitate to hit us up at [email protected] – we really do listen!
