What is SocialRank Teams?
SocialRank for Teams allows brands, agencies, and organizations to use SocialRank and Market Intelligence in a collaborative environment. With SocialRank for Teams you can set up email address logins for all team members, set permissions for individual members, and do this from a dedicated domain (i.e. Nike.SocialRank.com, Disney.SocialRank.com, etc.)

Head over to SocialRank.com/teams to request your URL and access. We will email you with set up instructions.
How does SocialRank Teams work?
SocialRank Teams combines SocialRank and Market Intel in a collaborative environment. Once the admin sets up your team, they will invite other members, set permissions, and create departments.
SocialRank Teams is meant for organizations with more than one person using SocialRank. Instead of having to share login information, you can log in with email addresses and passwords.

When we set up your Team account you’ll receive the email below.
If you follow the link to “Create Team” you’ll end up on the create admin account page (below).
This is Step 1.
Step 2 is to give the Organization a name.
Step 3 lets you Add Departments. You can name them after departments like Social Media, Marketing, Communications. Or you can name them after accounts your organization has (i.e. Pizza Hut account, Samsung account, etc).
Step 4 lets you Add People. You enter the email address, choose the Department you’d like to add them to and choose the permission level you’d like to grant them (more about permission levels below).
The last part of set-up is the email you receive as a team member to join the organization.
SocialRank Teams Product Walkthrough
Once your team is set up you now can dive into SocialRank and Market Intel inside of SocialRank Teams.
When dropped into Teams, you aren’t bound by one certain account – you are in an always-Market Intel experience.
As you add accounts they will populate in your view. You can toggle back and forth between Twitter and Instagram.
You have three tabs – Accounts my organization has run (only if you are an admin), Accounts my department ran and Accounts I ran. This lets you dig into the accounts running in your Team much easier.
If you click the drop down where your email address is, you’ll be able to jump into Account Settings. From there you have three tabs, Information, Accounts and the Org Users.
You don’t need to, but if you want to DM/Follow from SocialRank, you need to log in with those relevant accounts. You can add them by Authenticating with the UN/PW in Accounts under Settings.
When you toggle over to your Org Users you’ll see the ability to Add New Team Members and New Departments.
You can easily add new team members by entering their email address, choosing their department and selecting the appropriate permissions.
You can also easily create and delete departments. Make sure to save them before going back to settings.
This is what it looks when you’ve added a bunch of people into departments and different levels of permission.
Lastly, there are levels of permission you can apply to people. This lets you control who has what access from your organization.
